About the Role
We’re adding a Lab-focused Oracle Health specialist to strengthen our clinical apps team and support new hospital clients.
Requirements
Must-Have Credentials
3+ years building or supporting Cerner PathNet (Classic and/or Millennium) or the re-platformed Oracle Health Lab suite.
Hands-on HL7 and LIS interface experience (lab analyzers, middleware, reference labs).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot dictionary issues, result routing logic, and barcode workflows.
Solid grasp of CAP, CLIA, and HIPAA considerations in a diagnostic environment.
Excellent communication skills-able to work remotely yet feel present to client teams.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Discern rules, PowerChart results display, or Oracle Health Clinical Pathways.
Background in cloud migrations (OCI, AWS, Azure) or network security for lab devices.
ASCP certification or prior bench experience in a hospital lab.
