About the Role
We're hiring a Revenue Cycle Analyst to lead charge capture, billing configuration, and CDM optimization efforts for our provider clients. You’ll own the configuration and support of Oracle Health’s revenue cycle modules, ensuring accurate charge capture, compliant billing workflows, and seamless integration between clinical activity and reimbursement.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
3+ years configuring Oracle Health (Cerner) revenue cycle modules - especially Charge Services, CDM, and Charge Viewer.
Deep understanding of hospital billing workflows, including technical/professional splits, modifiers, and encounter billing.
Proven ability to troubleshoot charge lag, missing charges, and integration issues between clinical and financial systems.
Working knowledge of UB-04, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific billing rules.
Experience collaborating with rev cycle, finance, and clinical teams to solve cross-functional challenges.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with Cerner Patient Accounting, Soarian Financials, or integration with external billing engines.
Knowledge of third-party claim scrubbers, clearinghouses, or denial management platforms.
Understanding of value-based care models, DRG reimbursement, and revenue integrity best practices.
Oracle Health Cloud (OCI) migration experience, especially with financial or charge systems.
